• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic inventory and order-picking experience is a plus.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and components for quality and accuracy.
• Clean, label, stamp, package stock items according to specifications.
• Perform ink stamping and parts marking per drawings and work instructions.
• Package and label components using written and verbal instructions.
• Pick orders and prepare materials for shipment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
• Restock packaging and production areas with necessary materials.
• Assist in various manufacturing and warehouse functions as needed.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment after training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production and delivery schedules.
