Innovative Tooling, Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments via Prophet 21 ERP, picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and safely loading/unloading trucks with forklift operation. Overtime and reliability are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or material handling experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic computer skills; ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments using the ERP system.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment or will-call pickup.
• Store products in proper bin locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized warehouse layout for quick product retrieval.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain products in quality, marketable condition.
• Keep warehouses and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow company safety policies and use PPE.
• Provide professional, courteous assistance to will-call customers.
