Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC seeks a Material Handler for our Houston, TX warehouse. You will pick, scan, label, stage, and inspect products while ensuring orders are accurate and efficiently processed.

The role offers 1st and 2nd shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, read and communicate in English, and stand up to 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Stand up forklift experience required.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic to intermediate math for inventory counting and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, label, move, stage, replenish, and stack products to fulfill customer orders.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package, band, shrink-wrap, and label products per customer specifications.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing products to meet quality standards.
• Verify product quantities and shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and equipment issues.
