Qualifications

• Experience as paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal role.
• Strong drafting and reviewing of affidavits or legal documents.
• Familiarity with service of process and e-filing guidelines.
• Excellent editing, spelling, grammar, and content accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high organization.
• Professional communication and responsiveness.
• Problem-solving with proactive issue resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Edit Legal Affidavits with accuracy and compliance.
• Quality Assurance: review legal documents for spelling, grammar, and content.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal filing requirements.
• Assist with electronic filing preparation and formatting.
• Collaborate with legal teams, process servers, and other departments.
• Stay current with evolving procedures and technologies.
