The Vistas at Bettendorf is seeking a meticulous Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming living spaces for residents and guests. You will perform thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key duties include laundry, linen handling, restocking supplies, and reporting hazards. A HS diploma and ability to work independently or in a team are preferred. Weekend availability is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; wash windows and walls as needed.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other linens; ensure laundry is cleaned and put away.
• Organize and declutter spaces to maintain a neat and orderly environment.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods; report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests, addressing requests or concerns.
