American Campus Communities is seeking a dependable Housekeeper for Manzanita Square in San Francisco, CA. You will maintain the property and amenities to support a clean, welcoming living environment for residents.

This full-time, hourly position offers hands-on training, opportunity to grow, and a collaborative team culture. Responsibilities include cleaning, vacuuming, bathroom upkeep, turnover assistance, and keeping storage areas organized.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to understand and carry out written or verbal multi-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean the property to standard, including vacuuming, mopping, and trash pickup.
• Vacuuming, mopping and/or shampooing floors in resident rooms and common areas.
• Cleaning and stocking bathrooms, including tub, shower, and toilet areas.
• Assist in property turnover process.
• Assist in maintaining clean and orderly shops, storage areas, and back-of house environments.
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
