Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated General Cleaner for the 1st shift. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a pay rate of $15 per hour. The role focuses on maintaining clean, safe facilities across various environments.

Ideal candidates will show a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality cleaning services. Physical tasks include lifting up to 30 lbs and use of PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Understand job duties, machines, and equipment used.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, and manage trash and dispensers.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety across facilities.
• Produce quality work within set time frames.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE correctly.
