Job summary

ServiceMaster TBS Division is seeking a diligent cleaner for Webberville, MI. You will follow commercial cleaning schedules to perform tasks including trash removal, dusting, glass cleaning, restroom sanitation, and floor care.

Training is provided for applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities include punctual attendance, adherence to hours, and compliance with policies, while maintaining a positive attitude and proper uniform.

Qualifications

• Must arrive to work location at scheduled time.
• Must work within allotted hours.
• Must follow client communications in company log.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Must have respect for co-workers and customers.
• Must contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
• Must wear proper uniform at all times.
• Must be able to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, crouching.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash.
• Dust furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables.
• Dust exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, moldings.
• Clean all glass and mirrors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms using company products, tools and procedures.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Weekly detailed cleaning.
• Wear PPE where required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Utilize ServiceMaster TBS Division's commercial cleaning task schedules to perform all tasks which include, but are not limited to:

• Emptying trash
• Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
• Dusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, moldings, etc.
• Cleaning all glass and mirrors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Weekly detailed cleaning
• Using PPE where required

We will provide on the job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
