Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a reliable janitor to perform a variety of cleaning activities in assigned facilities, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation and orderly conditions.

Responsibilities include dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and following safety guidelines; candidates should be able to work independently and report issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Sufficient communication with co-workers and supervisors.
• Understand and follow safety practices and MSDS guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in assigned buildings/facilities to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Dust and sanitize high and low surfaces; spot clean as needed.
• Clean bathrooms, restock supplies and empty trash cans.
• Floor care including vacuuming, mopping and spot cleaning.
• Inspect areas and report any issues to supervisor.
