Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to assess damaged vehicles, estimate repair costs, and coordinate parts and labor needs with customers and the shop.

The ideal candidate has two years of dealer-level or large facility experience, an unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record, and strong technical and customer service skills. Computer skills and automotive training are a plus.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Two years automotive experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong technical and customer service performance.
• Post-secondary automotive training or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimates the cost of repairing damaged vehicles, on the basis of a visual inspection and familiarity with parts, costs, and labor rates.
• Examines damaged vehicles to determine feasibility and costs of repair or replacement of parts
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations of parts

• Follows all safety policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
