The role requires nearly all daily tasks on-site in Holdrege, NE, with opportunities to cross-train and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will learn product impact on the business, participate in team meetings, and, when needed,

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of assembly or related experience.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsabilités

• Assemble using work instructions and schematics.
• Adhere to established quality standards and participate in continuous improvement (Drive to Zero).
• Cross train in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develop understanding of assembled products and their impact on the business.
• Participate in team meetings to exchange job-related information.
• Provide task-specific training on work instructions/standard work as needed.
• Maintain a general understanding of the ERP system.
