Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders from receipt through invoicing and related documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, payment posting, collections monitoring, and customer account reconciliation.
• Support accounts payable and general accounting activities with accurate records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, purchase orders, and customer accounts.
• Prepare bank deposits and assist with multi-state sales tax reporting;Coordinate with internal teams for daily operations.
