Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and supporting docs for accuracy.
• Schedule and process payments (checks, ACH, electronic transfers).
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Maintain compliant documentation and support audit readiness.
• Assist with other accounts payable duties as assigned.
