St. Louis Parking Company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations and maintain accurate records. You will work with internal teams to process invoices, verify data, and assist with routine bookkeeping in a collaborative environment.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and common accounting software, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while protecting confidential information.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting/finance education is preferred.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record financial transactions and maintain organized accounting files.
• Reconcile accounts, statements, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and month end activities.
• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare reports and summaries for management or accounting staff.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
