Trinity Academy in Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our administrative team and uphold our Christ-centered financial stewardship. You’ll help keep finances accurate and transparent to support our programs and families.

Responsibilities include posting journal entries, preparing financial statements, handling monthly sales tax, managing the annual financial aid tracker, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and fundraising events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Degree in Accounting or strong relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and post all journal entries prepared by Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and departmental expense reports
• File monthly sales tax returns accurately and on time
• Create and maintain the annual financial aid tracker, ensuring aid is correctly applied to tuition agreements
• Build and manage online registration and payment forms for camps, classes, productions, athletic training, and other programs
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Provide financial setup and on-site support for fundraising events and fine arts programs
