Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Seattle seeks a Room Attendant with a sharp eye for detail to ensure every guest room is spotless and welcoming, matching the hotel’s high standards and guest expectations.

This is a physical role where you’ll be on your feet most of the day, assist guests, manage supplies to minimise waste, and participate in deep cleaning and lost-and-found tasks while keeping supervisors updated on progress.

Qualifications

• It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms.
• You may need to bend and kneel to complete some activities.
• Literacy and basic maths skills.
• Flexible attitude to shifts – nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every room is at its absolute best for guests.
• Assist guests with needs and finding facilities (e.g., elevator).
• Keep supervisor informed of progress or problems.
• Monitor and control supplies to minimise waste.
• Reunite guests with lost or misplaced items.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects.
