Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and common areas as listed.
• Spot clean walls, wax floors monthly, and empty trash bins.
• Clean exterior windows, doors, and fixtures as applicable.
• Inspect vacant units for cleanliness and odorlessness.
• Disinfect and sanitize areas needing special attention.
• Report vandalism or repairs to supervisor.
