Responsibilities

• Receives list of assigned rooms from manager and prioritizes rooms requesting early cleaning.
• Checks inventory of cleaning cart and adds supplies as needed.
• Knocks and announces self before entering room; revisits if rooms are occupied.
• Removes soiled linens, towels, and replaces with fresh ones.
• Neatly makes beds and stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels per policy.
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms and kitchenette areas.
• Wipes surfaces and cleans mirrors.
• Vacuum floors and remove trash.
• Restocks complimentary items per hotel checklist and policy.
• Ensures room meets standards with final walkaround.
• Notifies supervisor of room availability and reports suspicious activity to security.
• Launders soiled linens, may operate washers/dryers, and folds linens.
• Notifies maintenance of needed repairs.
• Delivers found items to lost-and-found as guests depart.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
