Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check-in/check-outs and adapt for changes.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests.
• Secure payments and verify billing as needed.
• Provide guests with room information, directions, amenities, and local interests.
• Run daily reports and communicate needs to the next shift.
• Complete cashier and closing reports and count the bank.
• Accept and record wake-up calls and route to correct department.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and protect proprietary information.
• Report maintenance problems, accidents, and safety hazards.
