Job summary

Pro Products LLC is seeking a dependable 2nd shift CNC Operator to support CNC production at our Sturgeon Bay facility. You will operate CNC equipment, load tooling, read blueprints, monitor processes and help maintain steady production of precision components.

You will work with machinists, setup personnel and quality staff to ensure accurate machining, documentation and safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some CNC or manufacturing experience, and a keen

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to established production procedures.
• Load and unload parts, materials and tooling as needed.
• Monitor machining operations and make basic adjustments when required.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions and job specifications.
• Perform basic inspections to verify part dimensions and quality.
• Identify machining or quality concerns and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation.
• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Follow established safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
