• Ability to coach employees and improve workflow and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Detail Department to ensure timely, high-quality vehicle preparation.
• Assign work to detail technicians based on skill and time constraints.
• Maintain an organized production board and monitor delays to protect delivery commitments.
• Provide daily direction and leadership to Detail Department staff and conduct start-of-day meetings.
• Coach employees to improve productivity and quality and address performance concerns.
