Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, coach, and hold detail team members accountable for quality and productivity.
• Manage daily flow of sold/new/used vehicles and photo-ready status.
• Prioritize assignments based on delivery commitments and inventory needs.
• Maintain visibility of vehicle status and coordinate with sales and other teams.
• Inspect vehicles for retail-ready and delivery-ready standards.
• Address issues through timely coaching and escalation when needed.
• Assign work based on skill, speed, quality, and availability.
