Job summary

Karsh Hagan Madden seeks an Account Strategist to build trusted client relationships and connect destination partners with travelers across the U.S. You’ll blend data-backed insights with strategic recommendations, driving campaigns, renewals, and long-term client success.

In a fast-paced, collaborative agency, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and travel roughly every other month to meet clients and experience destinations firsthand.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
• Develop strategic, data-backed recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance; guide with course corrections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move projects forward.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships.
• Support contract renewals and long-term client retention.
• Provide responsive, proactive client service and guidance.
• Represent KHM in the destination marketing space.
• Travel roughly every other month to meet clients and explore destinations.
