Job summary

Costa Navarino, a sustainably driven luxury destination in Messinia, seeks a Senior Manager for Destination Experience Marketing to shape experiences across gastronomy, wellness, sports and culture. You will oversee the destination calendar, collaborate with Marketing, Hospitality, Digital presence and Brand teams, and drive revenue and international awareness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in experience/destination marketing or events within luxury hospitality or premium leisure.
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience launching experiences or events with budget/P&L responsibility.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round planning of destination events and signature experiences within budget.
• Develop experiences across gastronomy, wellness, sports and culture to create compelling guest experiences.
• Create marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen the destination's positioning.
• Develop authentic, locally inspired experiences showcasing Messinia's heritage and producers.
• Lead the destination entertainment program including live events and Navarino Hills venue.
• Market Navarino Agora and Dunes Agora to increase awareness and visitor traffic.
• Lead marketing of major sports events, academies and sports camps in line with partner brands.
