Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager, Destination Engagement to oversee initiatives that strengthen relationships with destination CEOs, state tourism directors and their teams. The role curates community meetings, supports stakeholders and leads projects to deepen member value and benefits.

Reporting to the Vice President of Member Services, you will manage onboarding, track participation, coordinate the ESTO Awards and collaborate across the Industry Engagement team to plan events and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in membership, communications, community relations or marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with awards program management (nominations, judging, selection).
• Proficient in project management tools; Smartsheet a plus.
• Excellent written communication and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account manager for destination members, driving engagement and retention.
• Manage onboarding, participation tracking and outreach to deepen involvement.
• Coordinate ESTO Awards program, awards software, judging logistics and communications.
• Plan and execute meetings, briefs and visual products; analyze attendance and plan outreach.
• Collaborate with Industry Engagement team to plan dinners, meetings and events.
