The successful candidate will conduct discovery, draft pleadings and motions, participate in hearings and mediations, and manage client relationships while working in-person at the Destin office.

Qualifications

• Civil and/or business litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery and motion practice.
• First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
• Admission to The Florida Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil and business litigation from inception through resolution.
• Develop case strategy and manage case progression.
• Conduct discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the matter.
