Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English in the workplace.
• Mechanical/technical experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Basic computer skills to use digital tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support production packaging and processing operations and sanitation.
• Troubleshoot machinery with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
• Calibrate packaging systems to specifications.
• Operate startup, changeover and shutdown of equipment.
• Perform quality checks (HACCP, weight, metal detector, code dater).
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
