Dessert Holdings, a leading dessert producer, is hiring Production Workers to support the manufacture, assembly, packaging, and movement of dessert products. You will follow safety, quality, and workplace standards in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a loud, cold environment while maintaining strict allergen controls and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Produce, assemble, handle, and package dessert products according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Follow GMPs and food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and company policies.
• Operate production equipment, machinery, and tools safely.
• Inspect products and materials for quality and compliance with standards.
• Load, unload, and move racks, containers, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Transfer products to/from production areas, coolers, freezers, and storage locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; perform regular cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Report waste, quality concerns, equipment issues, and safety concerns to leadership.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining food safety and efficiency standards.
• Follow dress code, PPE, hygiene, and allergen-control practices.
