Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking Production Workers to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team. You will support production, assembly, packaging, handling, and movement of dessert products while adhering to food safety and quality standards.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates should be able to work in a loud environment, follow instructions, and commit to flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Produce, assemble, handle, and package dessert products according to production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Follow GMPs, food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and company policies.
• Operate production equipment, machinery, and tools safely assigned.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Load, unload, and move racks, containers, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Transfer products to and from production areas, coolers, freezers, and storage locations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, and removing trash.
• Report waste, quality concerns, equipment issues, safety concerns, and time away from the production line to leadership.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Follow required dress code, PPE, hygiene, and allergen-control practices.
• Support different production areas and assist with other duties as assigned.

Food Production Worker

Summary

Production Workers play an important role in helping us meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to work in cold environments, including coolers and freezers.
• Ability to work safely around food allergens, including chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts.
