Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Food Manufacturing environment; bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to communicate in English and write correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Accumulate all pre-approved ingredients from production bins.
• Document material used on each mix with total for the shift.
• Record batch tickets with lot codes, batch tickets and waste logs.
• Ensure materials are stored properly per formula and build sheets.
• Monitor temperature of materials as required.
• Maintain clean mixing area and dispose of materials properly.
• Ensure mixes are free of foreign objects and report quality issues.
