Summary

The Icing Production Operator supports daily manufacturing operations by preparing icings, ganache, fillings, and other dessert mixtures used throughout production. This role requires accurately measuring ingredients, performing basic math calculations to adjust recipes, operating industrial mixing equipment, and maintaining product quality. Team members must be safety-focused, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Important: This position includes cleaning and sanitation tasks as part of regular job responsibilities, such as sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, and removing trash. Candidates must be comfortable performing these duties.

Physical Activity & Work Conditions

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to shovel and transfer bulk ingredients into industrial mixing equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in cold environments such as coolers and freezers.
• Ability to work safely around food allergens including chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts.

Shift Schedules

• 1st Shift: (12:00AM 8:00AM)
• 2nd Shift: (8:00AM 4:00PM)
• 3rd Shift: (4:00PM 12:00AM)

Please Note: Schedules may change based on production demands, candidates must be flexible and available to work assigned schedules, including weekends and extended hours when needed.
