Responsibilities

• Prepare icings, ganache, fillings, and other dessert mixtures according to production recipes.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and combine ingredients.
• Perform basic math calculations to adjust recipes for partial batches.
• Load ingredients into industrial mixing equipment.
• Lift and handle ingredient bags, boxes, and containers.
• Scoop ingredients with production tools when required.
• Monitor mixing times, consistency, and product quality.
• Inspect ingredients to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
