Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Austin, TX is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to complete desserts, glaze strawberries, and craft espresso beverages. You will join a high-volume, full-service team delivering consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include finishing desserts, operating an espresso machine, following food safety standards, labeling and rotating products, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in desserts or barista work preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate an espresso machine and finish desserts with accuracy.
• Comfort in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare beverages.
• Follow food safety standards and allergen awareness.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO.
• Maintain organization and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork through clear communication and efficiency.
