The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to brighten our bakery case, glaze cheesecakes, create whipped cream, and craft espresso beverages in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. You will plate and finish desserts, and deliver consistent, guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
• Follow food safety and handling standards with awareness of food allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products following FIFO.
• Work with efficiency and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork through clear and effective communication.
• Multitask and stay positive under pressure.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
