Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures all events are executed accurately. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment, maintaining a neat environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Prepares tables and decorations.
4. Arranges buffet tables according to standards.
5. Serves food and beverages to guests.
6. Cleans location after events.
7. Returns food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
8. Distributes and collects comment cards.
9. Maintains catering facility and equipment.
10. Provides friendly, courteous service.
11. Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
12. Ensures a safe and clean work environment.
13. Follows safety and sanitation policies.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
