Epic is recruiting a Breakfast Baker for our campus-based bakery near Madison, WI. The role is full-time with an early start time (5am–8am) and relocation assistance. Competitive pay includes annual bonus and raises, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will bake a variety of desserts from cookies to pies, learn from a world-class bakery team, and have opportunities to advance into leadership roles while enjoying stock grants and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a high-volume bakery.
• Create and trial new recipes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with bakery staff and grow toward leadership opportunities.
