Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Bake and develop desserts such as cookies, cakes, and pies in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Follow Epic recipes and demonstrate creativity with daily menu variations.
• Collaborate with culinary team and mentor junior bakers to ensure quality and efficiency.
