Job summary

Epic's campus in Madison, WI is seeking Breakfast Bakers to craft and scratch-bake a variety of desserts in a state-of-the-art facility.

This full-time role starts early (5am) and includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and performance-based raises. You will grow with a talented pastry team, contributing to daily menus and catered events while building leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within driving distance of Epic's Madison campus or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or preferred by policy.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies, cakes, pies and other desserts in a high-volume bakery.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop and execute Epic dessert menus.
• Maintain high quality and food-safety standards in daily production.
• Support early-morning shifts and flexible scheduling as needed.
