Description

A leading Consumer Products/Goods client is looking for a Desktop Analyst to join their team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment. This position is unique in its responsibilities outside of traditional troubleshooting/ticket resolution. In tandem to providing support, this candidate should expect an immersive learning opportunity with access to global team members and manufacturing systems/processes.

Candidates should be familiar with ticket systems including ServiceNow, continuous improvement standards and emergency/production support.

This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
