Job summary

Accroid Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver end-user desktop support in a Microsoft environment from their Santa Fe, NM office. The role focuses on PC/laptop break-fix, software/hardware installation, and AD/365 administration, handling tickets through ServiceNow to resolve issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience, strong customer service, and effective communication. Local candidates will participate in in-person interviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops, hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
• Experience using ServiceNow or other IT ticketing/service management tools.
• PC/Laptop break/fix, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Perl, or Shell) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop support in a Microsoft environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues; perform break/fix and maintenance.
