TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 2nd shift role in Olive Branch, MS. The position is fully on-site and involves supporting PCs, printers, and RF devices used by Global Logistics associates.

Responsibilities include handling trouble calls, assisting with projects, and ensuring high-level end-user service. Candidates should be comfortable with Office 365, Windows 11, printers, RF devices, and basic networking; On-site only, contract basis.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 and Office 365
• Experience with printers and RF devices including Zebra printers
• Basic networking skills to communicate with network engineers

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PCs, printers and RF devices for Global Logistics staff
• Handle day-to-day trouble calls and user requests
• Support ongoing projects related to devices and perform routine maintenance

Desktop Support- 2nd shift - Work hours are Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm.

Candidate must work onsite in Olive Branch, MS.

Candidate must have a cell phone for receiving calls from Desktop lead or Manager regarding high priority tickets.

A TEKsystems client in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Desktop Support Technician resource to assist in the support of PC’s, Printer’s and RF devices used by Global Logistics associates.

Support can consist of; day to day trouble calls or user requests, supporting on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device maintenance / upkeep. The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in troubleshooting problems with some or all these types of devices, communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the organization, along with providing excellent customer service.

• Microsoft Office 365/Windows 11
• Laser Jet Printers
• Supporting Zebra Label Printers
• RF (Radio Frequency) Devices (this candidate needs experience with Wireless Network Connectivity)
• Candidate will be troubleshooting the following: Outlook / Microsoft Office / Word / Excel
• This candidate will need basic Networking skills in order to effectively communicate with the Network Engineer
• ServiceNow Ticketing System

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
