Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Travel State(s): Virginia, South Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Idaho, New Hampshire, Texas, Tennessee, California, Georgia, Utah, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, and Missouri

Duration: 3 months

Pay Rate: $24/hr. on W2

Shift: M-F

Schedule: 11 weeks (about 3 months) of deployment; the weeks of 3/17, 3/31, 4/14, 4/28, 5/12, 6/2, 8/11, 8/25, 9/8, 9/22, 10/13.

Details:

The candidate will deploy iMobile devices (iPhone) at the customer sites including but not limited to the deployment preparation, setting up the hardware, identifying problems, inventory legacy devices and any other tasks assigned by the Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

1. The candidate must 100% commit to the schedule.
2. The candidate should have no travel restrictions to travel to the travel states.
3. The candidate will travel on Sunday and be on site on Monday morning and return on Friday as per deployment schedule. (This schedule may vary due to the site requirements)
4. The candidate should be comfortable working in a hospital environment.
5. The candidate will be compensated for the time during the deployment weeks only. The gaps between deployments will not be compensated.
6. Insight will book the candidate's travel and accommodation.
7. Other travel costs will be reimbursed as per Insight's Travel Policy.
8. The candidate will be entitled to claim per-diem for a full workday.
9. The work schedule may require afterhours and weekend work as needed.
10. The candidate will go through a credentialing process which will require flu vaccine, drug screen, background check, TB test etc. The credentialing expenses will be paid by Insight.

General Requirements:

1. Working experience in a hospital environment is a plus.
2. Follow instructions and directions from the team leader and designated chain of command with any process or procedural queries.
3. Always present themselves in Business Casual. Jeans, tennis shoes, hats, etc. are not allowed.
4. Work in a team environment, displaying commitment to professionalism and punctuality.
5. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills, and a Can-Do attitude.
6. Experience in working at a high-profile client site.
7. Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and expediently, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
8. Zero tolerance policy for being late and/or leaving early.
9. Must be fluent in English.

Technical Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of iPhone operating system.
2. Professionalism and exceptional customer service skills.
3. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
4. Possess knowledge of deployment of end user devices.

Physical Requirements:

1. High physical endurance: stand, squat, and walk long hours; no physical ailments (foot, ankle, knee, back, etc.).
2. Lift up to 50 lbs.

Travel and Reimbursement:

1. If the resource has to fly, they will bill the flight time + 1 hour.
2. If the resource is driving their own vehicle to the site, they will get paid for the travel time and the mileage (as permitted by Insight PM).
3. Techs will receive per-diem.
4. Will the client be paying for the hotel expenses or will it be taken out of their daily per diem? Insight will cover hotel cost.
5. The technicians that won't be working/won't be getting paid between the weeks of the deployments.

Work Schedule:

1. Work Days/hours/ max hours per week: Will vary (some starts @ 6 am local, some later).
2. Night work: Possibly, but not likely.
3. Weekend work: Possibly.
4. OT eligible? Yes.
