Job summary

Forward Air Corp. is seeking an IT Support professional to provide onsite and remote assistance for hardware, software, and peripheral issues. You will deploy and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, and help with onboarding and account-related requests.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in IT support, basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365, strong troubleshooting, and excellent customer service skills. Certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work under desks, in wiring closets, and around IT equipment as needed.
