Skillset

1. Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer
2. Experience providing hands-on support for network and datacenter equipment/devices
3. Strong skills in Microsoft OS installation (Windows 7 & Windows 10) and troubleshooting
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Knowledge of desktop support, hardware, software, and networking concepts
6. Experience with desktops, workstations, notebooks, printers, and handheld devices
7. Basic understanding of audio/video equipment and conference room setup
8. User account setup for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, and distribution lists
9. Experience with remote desktop tools like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows native tools; handling escalations
10. Assist end users with mobile device setup, activation, and performance issues (Blackberry, Android, iOS)
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills
12. Understanding of ITIL processes
13. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
