Position Details

• Location: Winston-Salem, NC
• Contract Duration: July 2025 - March 2026
• Pay: Hourly + Mileage

Responsibilities

• Installing laptops, printers, scanners, workstations, routers, and switches, along with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Providing training and educational support to employees regarding system and equipment changes.
• Cleaning up materials and preparing legacy devices for pickup and shipping.

Requirements

• IT training/experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable driving to installation locations; must have reliable transportation.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, during all working days.
