GlobalGiving is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to manage IT systems and support a team dedicated to improving productivity. You will be responsible for managing our fleet of laptops and IT systems. You'll have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated technologists to support your growth and learning.
The successful candidate will be able to clearly communicate in a professional setting, plan and execute projects with multiple dependencies and steps, and be adept at problem-solving a range of ITproblems across Windows, Mac, Chromebook, and software-as-a-service systems that our staff uses.

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Systems Architect and will be based in GlobalGiving’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. The position will be hybrid, with at least one day per week ofin-office work required and during company-wide meetings in-office.
