Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients.

This contract-based role is an Independent Contractor / Part-Time position based in Florence, KY, with immediate start and no guaranteed hours. You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and work closely with the Service Delivery Team to keep client environments running smoothly.

This role involves responding to service requests when required and providing hands‑on technical assistance for desktop systems, laptops, network connectivity, and peripheral devices at the client location. This is a contract-based, on-demand position, meaning work assignments will be provided as needed. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
