• Collaborate with experienced support staff across the US.
• Participate in strategic IT initiatives with peers.

• This role is primarily based in our Burlington office, with part-time support from our Boston office.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Configure and reconfigure hardware, including workstations and printers, for new office setups or acquisitions.
• Analyze and resolve complex end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate hardware refresh processes with office staff.
• Create and maintain accurate records of support calls.
• Monitor problem resolution progress and update users on issue status.
• Stay current with relevant product offerings and support policies to provide accurate solutions.
• Deliver excellent client service.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Windows 11, MS Office 365, and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
• Knowledge of PC hardware with the ability to set up, configure, and rebuild workstations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow and engineering design applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL and SOX compliance is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum three days per week in the office.
• Ability to move, carry, and manipulate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Education and Experience

• 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Technical degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent in a related field, or equivalent experience.

This position is primarily in an office setting. Some travel to other local offices may be required.
