Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an on‑site Desktop Support specialist in Denver to assist employees at all levels, including executives. You will provide hands‑on support for laptops, workstations, and conference rooms, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps while managing tickets through ServiceNow.

This is a 12‑month contract with onsite work five days a week in Denver. Successful candidates will have strong customer service, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Experience providing hands‑on desktop support for hardware and software in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with professionalism and ability to work with executives.
• Familiarity with ticketing workflows and incident tracking.

Responsibilities
