Job summary

Bryan Health is seeking an IT Desktop Support specialist to implement, troubleshoot and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals across the networked environment. You will support physicians, staff and contractors with timely issue resolution and guidance.

Responsibilities include image creation, device deployment, and coordination with Service Desk, Citrix environments, and security controls to ensure reliable operations and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in PC support activities.
• Prior hospital environment experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and maintain desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
• Provide end-user support for devices and applications across Bryan Health.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of virtual desktops and Citrix environments.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Network teams to resolve issues.
